Kuromi and Blackie

Miss Blackie was appointed to be the spokesperson for Kuromi.

Her one year contract with Sanrio which markets Kuromi told the press - "Kuromi was somewhat modelled after Blackie. She was really the inspiration behind Kuromi when we created this character. We are confident that with her as the spokesperson for Kuromi, the branding will soar like the "CHAO TAR ROTI" branding. Do you remember when she was 18 when she first became the spokesperson for "CHAO TAR ROTI"? We saw pirated copies of them everywhere from Pasar Malams to China. It was real hot. I am sure Blackie will make the Kuromi branding soar to a all time high."

Yeah congrats Blackie on scoring another spokesperson deal. We love evil Black!

Blackie was the appointed celebrity to be the face for "Bank of Bangladesh". In this event, she taught us saving tips and how she will save a few cents per day. The perfect role model for the Bank of Bangladesh, look up for her posters at Mustafa Centre soon.

As part of her album promotion, we won the chance to have dinner with her. She was so warm and friendly to us. We took the opportunity to pass her presents and give her well wishes for her new album. We love you evil blackie!

The paperbag event

Evil Blackie was appointed spokeswoman for the "Love the environment Campaign".

We followed her around Orchard with her taking the black and white paper bag. See the people crowding around her? They are all her fans. And we catch a picture of her posing for us and with 2 of her fans. We are so happy! She is so bubbly!

Darlie aka Hei Ren Ya Gao Event

We manged to catch a picture of her at the Hei Ren Ya Gao launch. The top management at Darlie were inspired by her image and she was the muse behind so many range of their toothpaste. She was the spokesperson for the event that day.

Evil Blackie Autograph Session

Caught a glimpse of Evil Blackie during her autography session at Mustafa Centre- Atrium. To publicise for her new album. Tian Hei Hei, Wo Ye Hen Hei.

Her best friend, Whitey who sang a special duet with her for the album Hei Bai Pei was also there.
